Issue:

I cannot run the LicenseManager, I am getting this error message:

C:\Program Files\Innovatrics\IFace SDK\license_manager\LicenseManager.exe

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxtrace.exe tool for more detail.

Cause:

This is a known bug in LicenseManager of version 2.70 on some Windows machines.

Solution:

Please contact support https://support.innovatrics.com/ to get newer version of LicenseManager
