Issue:

I am getting “IDKit error 50014: License data doesn’t have expected length”. 

Solution:

The most likely problem lies in invalid type of license. If your license file has 196 Bytes, it is applicable only for PC version of IDKit SDK. IDKit Mobile requires 84-Byte iengine.lic. Contact your sales representative and ask for IDKit Multimodal Mobile license to your CRM account.
