The quality measure is based on our internal algorithm and it does not try to comply with BioAPI nor any other standard. For compliance with NFIQ (NIST Fingerprint image quality), one can use ISegLib_NFIQScore function (available in Innovatrics Segmentation SDK). This function return quality score according to NISTIR 7151 report which can be downloaded fromftp://sequoyah.nist.gov/pub/nist_internal_reports/ir_7151/ir_7151.pdf
