Question

We use the Autocapture feature in the DOT Mobile SDK to capture the document.  When we send the captured image to the DIS server, we call /document/pages/{page-type}/quality. We receive issue: "DOCUMENT_SMALL"

Why does this happen?

Answer

This is probably due to the configuration of the mobile component "Video Stream Preview Scale Type".  If you are using the deprecated 'Fill Center', please change to the recommended 'Fit Center' scale.
