ABIS startup takes some time to load after downtime and this is the main cause of ABIS not being available

  • Please check your logs for parts mentioning LOADING TEMPLATES. It may take some time to load templates into memory after cluster or Matcher restart and if there are no errors, please let the load finish

Other typical cause of ABIS not being able to process requests is that Database is not accessible or full/not-writable

  • If you see errors like "setBogus - Node" or "Failed to load 899 users on node 172.168.0.1:25785:id:1:pos:1, Unexpected database failure occurred."  please check, if your database is up and running or if there are some issues on database level
