If you experience slow processing of requests sent to ABIS (decrease in throughput or increase in latency), please check the following:
- Make sure, that the number of request has not increased above the throughput for which the cluster was sized (please refer to the latest sizing document you have received or to the results of FAT/UAT).
- Check, if your Applicant count (number of Applicants in the database) is not higher than for which the cluster was sized (please refer to the latest sizing document).
- Make sure, that you have not lost any servers in the cluster (any mirrors or partitions).
- Check, if the ABIS servers are utilized (CPU usage on Matcher servers should be above 80 percent). If not
- Check, if your database server/cluster is not overloaded
- Check, if you have any network issues (check for example https://support.innovatrics.com/a/solutions/articles/13000077275)
- Make sure, you have not change the configuration of your cluster (https://support.innovatrics.com/a/solutions/articles/13000077277) or if you have not changed request parameters, mainly:
- Number of unknown finger positions
- Matching speed
- Rotation
- Check if you do not loose fast-services or extractor services.
