Please restart Smartface Services: Open Task Manager -> Services tab, in the following order:

Stop SmartFace services in the following order:
- SmartFace_GUI
- SmartFace_Grouping
- SmartFace_Extract
- SmartFace_Detect
- SmartFace_WebApi
- SmartFace_Camera
- SmartFace_Base
Start SmartFace services in the reverse order:
- SmartFace_Base
- SmartFace_Camera
- SmartFace_WebApi
- SmartFace_Detect
- SmartFace_Extract
- SmartFace_Grouping
- SmartFace_GUI
