This is not possible with IDKit SDK, you should use ANSI&ISO SDK for this purpose (please read ANSI & ISO SDK FAQ topic How can I limit ANSI or ISO template size?).

You can only limit ICS template size with IDKit SDK (CFG_MAX_TEMPLATE_SIZE in C/C++, IDKit.TemplateSize in .NET and ConfigParameter.CFG_MAX_TEMPLATE_SIZE in Java)
