You can access MS Access database via ODBC. The only difference between SQLite code and ODBC code is the connection string passed to IEngine_Connect. See documentation for examples of what such connection string should look like. The main problem is in setting up the ODBC DSN for your MS Access database. Open Windows ODBC Administrator and run wizard for MS Access database.
