Issue:

I've got an issue with "unknown" templates- I have Smackfinger templates and I need to get them working with IDKit.

Cause:

Unfortunately, our IDKit SDK supports neither Smackfinger SDK nor other unknown non-standard propietary templates. We support only ANSI, ISO and our propietary ICS templates or extraction from a fingerprint image. 

Solution:

It seems that Smackfinger SDK does not support ANSI or ISO standards and you cannot neither recover image from a template, so it is not possible do get IDKit SDK working with your Smackfinger database. You can only procces images from your Smackbio scanners with our SDK.
