Data in the BLOB column is identical to the raw data you get when you export user template in ICS format. You can store the BLOB outside our database and then import it into IDKit (using function IEngine_ImportUserTemplate or method User.ImportTemplate) to get the original user structure. Exported user templates don't contain images, custom data and tags.
